Meet A Not So Typical Conservation Group!
While our name – Adams County Trout Unlimited – might imply that what our members primarily do is go fishing together, that is not really the case. While we are avid anglers, what we mostly do together as a group are youth and conservation programs here in our community. As this year is our 50th anniversary, we have been at this for many years and have been extremely successful.
ACTU will once again be participating in the Adams County Community Foundation Giving Spree, to be held at the Gettysburg Gateway Wyndham from 3 to 7 pm on November 5th – see the accompanying video for more details.
As a non-profit, we rely solely on support from our community members to make our programs possible. If you appreciate what we do, please donate to us during the Spree.
Donations will be accepted through November 5 by mail, online at www.adamscountycf.org, or in person at the Giving Spree event. We are non-profit # 19 on the donor guide, and if you attend the Spree, please stop by our booth to learn more about our mission. Thank you for your consideration.
